Welcome to Tom Fox Bespoke Tailoring
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Tom Fox Bespoke Tailoring (“we”, “us”, “our”) located in Reigate, Surrey. By engaging our services, you (“you”, “your”, “the client”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
Our Services
We provide bespoke tailoring services, including fittings, consultations, and garment creation, customised to your individual measurements and preferences.
Appointments and Consultations
Appointments are recommended to ensure personalised service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Orders and Payments
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order.
Full payment is due on collection or delivery of the finished garment.
All garments are made to order and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Fittings and Alterations
We provide fittings as part of our bespoke service to ensure your garment fits perfectly.
Minor adjustments are included in the original price if necessary, after the first fitting.
Major alterations resulting from significant body measurement changes after the order date may incur an additional charge.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Collection and Delivery
Garments must be collected within 30 days of notification of completion unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for garments not collected after 6 months and reserve the right to dispose of uncollected items.
Quality and Care
We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments.
Care instructions are provided and must be followed. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect cleaning or care after delivery.
Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total value of the garment ordered.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, illness, or extreme weather).
Photography and Promotional Use
From time to time, we may take photographs of completed garments and clients wearing them during fittings or upon final delivery. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use such photographs on our social media channels, website, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your image or garments shared, please notify us in writing prior to or during your fitting appointments.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and use your information.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
